We JIIDAIKA, with Our whole hearts, hold to the Thought and Opinion that considers This Great Pronouncement to be Divine in its origin and nature, having been ordained by YA-HA-WA-HA, So that in the Future, when the Quorum; the Appointed Number of YaSHaRALYa (Whole Negroes)—those required by YA-HA-WA-HA to serve and be joined only unto Him—is reached, those YaSHaRALYa shall be returned to the Land of their Forefathers, AhBRaHaM, YaTazaAkhaQwa, and YaEEQwaB, and They are The Ones that are to take Possession thereof, realizing its full Borders.
Declaration of Divine Mandate:
Be it known unto all Nations, that this Process shall not involve War nor Violence of any Sort; it shall be brought about through a Cause wrought by YA-HA-WA-HA Himself.
The Divine Signifier:
This sacred Fulfillment shall be carried out during the Phase in THE JIIDAIKA (The Work required to fulfill THE PAX) known as AL-SHaWaB. Furthermore, when this Time arrives, all the Powers that be, including every Nation on Earth with a Population of Negroes (YaSHaRALYa) dwelling among them, are to provide all Resources required for this Restoration, as decreed by YA-HA-WA-HA.
